We endeavor to process and dispatch orders promptly and within the same business day. Estimated delivery times may vary based on the shipping method chosen and the destination. Exact delivery times are subject to courier services and any unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and delivery address. Details regarding shipping fees are outlined during the checkout process. Salt is heavy and can be costly to ship. To mitigate this, we source multiple carriers to secure the best shipping price for your location. These carriers include Australia Post, Aramex, and Sendle.
Delivery Address
You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address during the ordering process. This includes checking your PayPal address is up to date. We are not responsible for items delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Delivery Confirmation
Once an order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to monitor the shipment’s progress.
Estimated Delivery Time (estimations’ range includes standard & express deliveries)
Metropolitan deliveries can take 1-3 business days
Regional and rural deliveries can take 2-10 business days depending on your location
Western Australia deliveries may take between 3-10 days
We do not provide refunds for delivery delays caused by our carriers. If a shipment is declared lost by the shipping company, we will file a claim and either refund you or resend the product. We do not offer refunds or re-delivery if our shipping partners provide proof of delivery. You are responsible for ensuring there is a safe place for their package.
