How To Use The Alkaline Water Stick

1. Prior to use, wash the alkaline water stick by placing it in a plastic bottle half-filled with water. Shake for about thirty seconds, empty, and repeat this twice more in order to eliminate any loose minerals.
2. Fill the bottle with water again and shake for another thirty seconds. Allow to stand for 15-20 minutes before drinking. The more time the water is allowed to stand with the ionic stick submerged, the more intense the ionisation and the greater the pH level (up to pH 9.5). Also a strong negative charge (ORP) is attained.
3. Use one stick to treat 500 ml. Increase the number of sticks if more water is desired, and/or speed up the process.
4. It is best to drink freshly made ionised water, and drink often!
5. Use a plastic bag to store the stick between uses.

Before using the water stick

The alkaline water stick is only suitable for treating cold water.
Do not use in electric jugs or with hot water.
