What are your opening hours?
We are open every day 9am until 5pm AEST.

Do you offer discounts or promo codes?
Yes. We regularly run a “Buy more, save more” promo where you can save 5% for each additional product in your cart – up to 20%. We also run sales during special occasions throughout the year which include direct discounts or coupons, up to 50% off!

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, AfterPay and cash on pick up.
How can I track my order?
After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your order’s tracking number.
Wholesale & Bulk Orders
How do I place a wholesale order?
Firstly, you will be required to apply for a wholesale account. Apply for wholesale.
Once your account is approved, you will be notified and you can then create an order via emailing info@safesalt.com.au or by calling us on 0481 007 431.
Shipping
Do you ship all over Australia?
Yes. We offer Australia-wide shipping. For larger orders (20kg+) please contact us to receive the best shipping quote.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship internationally. Bare in mind that salt is heavy and international shipping costs can vary considerably. Please email us your required order and address, and we’ll get back to you with the lowest shipping cost available.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. You can pick up your order by appointment only from our SafeSalt Office located in 4 Highland Grove, Kensington Grove, QLD 4341. To arrange an appointment please call 0481 007 431 or email info@safesalt.com.au.
Returns & Refunds
Do you offer returns and refunds?
Yes. We accept returns for eligible items within 7 days. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error made by us, such as sending the wrong item or a defective product.
