We are open every day 9am until 5pm AEST.

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Wholesale & Bulk Orders

How do I place a wholesale order?
Firstly, you will be required to apply for a wholesale account. Apply for wholesale.
Once your account is approved, you can either log in and place an order online or call 0481 007 431 to create an order.

Shipping

Do you ship all over Australia?
Yes. We offer Australia-wide shipping. For larger orders (20kg+) please contact us to receive the best shipping quote.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship internationally. Bare in mind that salt is heavy and international shipping costs can vary considerably. Please email us your required order and address, and we’ll get back to you with the lowest shipping cost available.

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. You can pick up your order by appointment only from our SafeSalt Office located in 4 Highland Grove, Kensington Grove, QLD 4341. To arrange an appointment please call 0481 007 431 or email info@safesalt.com.au.

Returns & Refunds

Do you offer returns and refunds?
Yes. We accept returns for eligible items within a specified period. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error made by us, such as sending the wrong item or a defective product.
